Nexus Engineering Group Moves Up On List of Top Engineering Firms For the Second Year in a Row
Nexus moves up five positions on Crain’s Cleveland Business 2020 list of largest engineering firms in Northeast Ohio.
Cleveland, OH – Nexus Engineering Group, LLC is proud to be listed as one of the largest engineering firms in Northeastern Ohio in Crain’s Cleveland Business annual ranking. The company moves up five positions from 22 to 17 on this year’s list.
Crain’s Cleveland Business ranks the largest engineering firms by the number of registered professional engineers in Northeast Ohio. This listing also includes details on the total number of engineers and employees, and revenue generated locally in 2019.
Nexus grew 19% in annual revenue in 2019 and hit a major company milestone of $20 million plus in annual revenue. Heading into its 15th year of business, the firm has strategically positioned itself for continued success in 2020 and beyond.

In 2019, Nexus hired 22 new team members in a variety of disciplines and functions throughout Cleveland, Maumee, and the upper Midwest. This growth and continued hiring in Northeast Ohio propelled the company up the list of the largest engineering firms.
These ongoing investments in the Nexus team and capabilities enabled the company to quickly and seamlessly pivot to remote work as the COVID-19 situation began to unfold earlier this year.
