Nexus Expands Cleveland Headquarters to Accommodate Growth
Full-service engineering firm adds 15th floor offices at the downtown Hanna Building
Cleveland, OH – Nexus Engineering Group, LLC is pleased to announce the expansion of their office space at their headquarters in the historical Hanna Building, located in Cleveland, Ohio.
Nexus, a full-service, independent engineering and design firm, has expanded its roster in recent years to include clients in the energy generation, transmission, and distribution and renewable energy markets. These industries are expected to grow exponentially in the coming years due to concerns over climate change and investments in green energy. To meet the growing demand, the firm has added engineers, designers, and consultants to serve these clients as well as to help existing industrial clients vet and implement ESG-based projects.

At the same time, the utilities and renewables markets are growing. This expansion helps us better meet those client needs.”
Much of the growth will come from the addition of electrical and structural engineers and project management professionals with energy generation, transmission, and distribution experience. Nexus announced last year its plans to add 65 new jobs across its offices in Cleveland and Maumee, and the firm is currently recruiting for more than twenty open positions for engineering and project management positions. The new space will add 25 seats to its Cleveland headquarters, giving the firm more room to grow.

Nexus energy services offerings include transmission and distribution, power generation, power delivery and analysis, and distributed energy. The firm has a seasoned staff that brings a wealth of project and system experience focused on medium and high-voltage applications up to 345kV.
Nexus team members will continue to coordinate closely with the company’s other offices in Maumee, OH, and Midland, Michigan, to augment services and staff as needed.
