Nexus Engineering Group Director to Enhance Project Services
Nexus hires Don Newberry to grow and improve its project services offerings.
Cleveland, OH – Nexus Engineering Group LLC announces the hiring of Don Newberry as its Project Services Director. Newberry will be responsible for expanding and enhancing Project Services capabilities and their integration with Nexus’ advanced work packaging process.
Project Services, which traditionally includes scheduling, estimating, and cost controls, has a direct impact on both external and internal Nexus processes, practices, and performance. To be effective, Project Services must be closely integrated with financial and accounting processes. Newberry, with the support of company discipline and project managers, will build on a strong foundation of Project Services and closely integrate this offering with Nexus financial systems. Enhancements to this important function and service offering will utilize the latest proven technology and management practices.
Project Services, scaled to plant-level projects, is a unique offering from Nexus. Continued investment in this area and integration with available tools and technology are geared toward improved returns and predictable performance for our clients executing small and mid-sized projects.

Newberry, a project management professional and chartered professional accountant, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree as well as an MBA. He’s held various and progressing roles in accounting, finance, and project services capacities for leading firms based in Canada and the United States.
