Nexus Supports Growth by Hiring New Managers
Nexus welcomes Philip Rozman and Randy Odom to support the Nexus teams in Cleveland and Maumee
Cleveland, OH – Nexus Engineering Group LLC announces the hiring of Philip Rozman as a Project Manager in Cleveland and Randy Odom as a Mechanical Discipline Manager in Maumee. Their hiring provides additional project and technical expertise to the team and helps support the company’s growth in both offices.
Philip Rozman joins Nexus as a Project Manager in our Cleveland office. He will be leading projects with several chemical processing clients located in the Cleveland metropolitan market. He has over 20 years of experience as a project engineer, bridge engineer and inspector, structural engineer, and project manager. His most recent role as senior project manager, supporting clients in the Chemical Processing, Power & Energy, Rubber, Automotive, and Durable Goods industries, helped him hone his project management and business skills. Rozman graduated from Cleveland State University with a degree in civil engineering.
“I’m excited to be given the opportunity,” says Rozman, “and to help Nexus deepen its relationships with existing and new clients in the Cleveland market.”
Randy Odom joins the firm as a Mechanical Discipline Manager in the Maumee office. Randy will be responsible for overseeing the Mechanical Engineering Department in Maumee and collaborating closely with the Nexus team and clients to successfully complete projects. He has more than 30 years of experience in supporting multidiscipline engineering projects in the Refining, Petrochemical, Biofuels, Fertilizers, Specialty Chemicals, and Liquid Natural Gas (LNG) industries. He is a subject matter expert in piping engineering and holds a bachelor’s degree in process and piping design from the University of Houston.
“I am looking forward to heading up the Mechanical Engineering Department in Maumee,” says Odom, “and working alongside fellow engineers, designers, and project professionals to attain the best possible outcomes for our clients.”
Rozman will report to Senior Project Director, Melena Huller, and Randy Odom will report to Maumee Engineering Manager, Jason Didion.
