Wilson joined Nexus in 2014 as an Instrumentation & Controls (I&C) Engineer and has since advanced through several leadership roles, including I&C Department Manager. He earned his Professional Engineer (PE) license in 2020 and recently completed his MBA at Cleveland State University.

Ventimiglia brings over 17 years of process and project engineering experience to his new leadership role. A graduate of the University of Michigan with a Bachelor of Science in Chemical Engineering, Ventimiglia's technical background includes front-end engineering design (FEED), process simulation, equipment design, and relief system analysis.
Prior to joining Nexus in 2019, he held senior engineering roles at several engineering consulting companies, supporting clients across the refining and chemical sectors. At Nexus, he was promoted to Process Engineering Discipline Manager in 2020 and has been instrumental in delivering complex projects for clients such as Nutrien, DuPont, Cenovus, and Marathon. Ventimiglia is licensed as a Professional Engineer (PE) in both Ohio and Michigan.
Ventimiglia will lead the engineering teams in both Maumee and Midland.
