Leadership role strengthens client partnerships, expands regional presence, and supports talent growth in Michigan

Cleveland, OH, June 2026 – Nexus Engineering Group, a full-service independent engineering, procurement, and construction management (EPCM) firm, has appointed Kristen Bickham as Project Manager and Midland Office Manager. In this dual role, Bickham will lead project execution while overseeing the continued growth and strategic development of Nexus’ Midland engineering operations.

Under Bickham’s leadership, the Midland office will continue to serve as a key hub supporting Nexus’ clients in the chemical processing sector, while operating as a fully integrated extension of the firm’s broader operations in the Midwest engineering market and reinforcing its position as a trusted Midwest engineering group.

As Midland Office Lead, she will guide local operations, support team development, and lead recruiting efforts to attract top engineering and project management talent.

“There’s a strong foundation here and a lot of opportunity ahead,” says Bickham. “We’re focused on continuing to support our clients with reliable, high-quality project delivery while growing a team that reflects the strength of Midland engineering talent.”

The Midland office will continue to expand its team to meet increasing demand, leveraging the area's deep pool of experienced engineers and project professionals.

Experienced Leadership with a Strong Operational Background
